Quality assurance
Quality is decided long before a container is loaded. Our controls start at paddy intake and stay with the lot through milling, ageing, packing and export.
Laboratory
Hundreds of samples are tested in our in-house laboratory after harvest and husking. Only stock that meets the standard moves forward to controlled ageing and storage — the rest does not enter an export lot.
In-process control
During milling, samples are drawn hourly and checked against the target specification. Adjustments are made on the line rather than after the fact, and results are recorded digitally so a lot can be reconstructed later if a buyer asks.
Stock stays labelled and identified through processing, packing and loading, which is what makes traceability real rather than a claim.
